Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, games for windows live, GFWL has been discontinued. As of now there is no way of installing/playing these games on any support page. You can however try the compatibility mode to see if this helps.

If you didn't install your game from Microsoft Store, you can try running the game in compatibility mode. To do this:

1. Press the Start button
   on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
   
2. Select All apps, and then find your game in the list.
   
3. Press and hold the game tile, and then select
   Open file location. Alternatively, you can right-click the game tile and then select
   Open file location.
4. The executable file for the game will automatically be highlighted. Press and hold the file, and then select
   Troubleshoot compatibility. Alternatively, you can right-click the file and then select
   Troubleshoot compatibility.
5. Follow the steps in the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.

I have the same problem. Only difference is I re-installed my windows. After re-installing my F1 2011 game and logging on to WL my Gametag was changed. How the hell?????????????????????????????????????????????

Open up Games for Windows Live > Click the F1 2011 entry > there should be a little arrow pointing down you can click > click it > one product key.
