Bonjour j'ai acheter minecraft sur nintendo switch dans le but de pouvoir jouer en ligne avec des amis mais après m'être connecter a mon compte Microsoft et ce qui va avec.

Quand je crée une partie je vais dans l'onglet jeu en ligne et je peux pas l activer.

Il m affiche le message suivant:

"La configuration de votre compte Microsoft ne vous permet pas de jouer en ligne . Aller sur le site aka.ms/setting (quelque chose comme sa ☺)

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with the game Minecraft. Now are you attempting to play online on your Nintendo switch or are you playing on the Xbox One console?

If this is on the Xbox One console go ahead and try to
Remove your account and then Add it back to the console and give it another try.

Unfortunately if this is happening on the Nintendo Switch we would not have any available troubleshooting and you would need to reach out to Nintendo support for assistance with that issue.

Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox 360 console.
After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox 360 console.
