Jedi survivor keeps crashing

I bought the game installed it and when it came to playing it, it gets to the firsts respawn entertainment screen seems to crash and loops back to the Xbox Home Screen, I’ve tried uninstalling the game and installing it again and does the same thing. Any suggestions what to do?

If you're subscribed to game pass Ultimate, you can also test if you can play Star Wars games through cloud gaming using MS Edge on your Xbox. If it persists, kindly wait for EA team's reply regarding this issue. Thank you. Scott.

Hello again

Sadly none of those suggestions have worked unfortunately, I have sent a message to the EA team so just waiting to hear back, have you anything else I can try?

Well I signed up to EA play firstly and did the same thing, also on game pass did same thing then I bought the actual game discs and same thing with both the other games I mentioned

Hi mate yes all good thanx, thanx for the reply, no it’s not the only game it’s done it with, funnily enough it’s done it with 2 other Star Wars games aswel, battlefront 2 and squadrons.

I will try what you suggested later when I’m at home and get back to you

Have you tried resetting your console while keeping your games & apps, Scott? If you can normally play other games aside from Star wars games even on game pass or through discs, I suggest you reach out to EA team for further troubleshooting using the support link above. You can also try clearing your MAC address. Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to launch the game again.
