    Salut. j'ai un problème sur ma Xbox One. Je suis abonné a Xbox live depuis 6 mois mais depuis 2 jours quand je veux jouer mes jeux en ligne je n'arrive pas a jouer. Je reçoit un message d'erreur qui me dis de me connecter Xbox live alors que mon abonnement
    est encore valable pour 6 mois. Je ne comprend pas vraiment. Aidez moi SVP

    I'm subscribed for 12 months to xbox live but can not play online. When I

    try to play online it says me to connect to xbox live as if I'm not a

    subscriber. But if I leave to parameters of subscrbtion I see that my

    subscribtion is still valid. My connection works well. I played

    without problems until 3 days ago. I don't understand.

    If you haven't already,
    remove and re-add your profile
    to the console. If that doesn't help out, you'll need to
    contact us via phone or chat support to have them look into your account. There may be an issue there that we can't assist with due to security reasons.

    If you haven't already,
