    Unfortunately, once you redeemed a game to an account, that cannot be transferred to another account.

    So the issue is not to create the account now, is that you wanna get the Minecraft Java edition on your account

    Only the account that made the purchase of the bedrock edition can get the java edition for free

    Everyone who bought the bedrock edition has the access to Java edition, you just need to migrate the Mojang account to a Microsoft account, which gets you access to the java edition.
