J'attends toujours mon remboursement... (I'm still waiting for my refund...)

Bonjour tout le monde,

Depuis le 21/01/2019, j'attends un remboursement de microsoft. Il y a marqué qu'il serait émis sous 4 7 jours ouvrables. Or, aujourd'hui au 01/02/2019, je n'ai toujours pas était remboursé. Est-ce normal ou dois-je commencer
m'inquiéter ?

We can definitely do that, sorry about that.

When you're on the website you might have to scroll down to see,

Step 1: Choose a category

- Select Xbox One

Step 2: Ask us a question

- Select See other options

Under "My account" select "See my purchase history"

Step 3:

- Select Show contact options

Step 4: Contact us

- Choose to Request a callback or to Chat with an agent.

Go ahead and give this a try and let us know if this helps.

I went on the xbox contact support and I can not find in which section I can ask questions about the status of my refund. Can you guide me a little?

Hey there Mehdi,

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with the refund that you had requested. If you received a confirmation email or it's showing as Refunded under your

Order History, just check the date in which it was processed.

If it has exceeded the 4-7 days then I would advise you
Contact Xbox Support for further assistance. Unfortunately we will not have the proper tools to assist here on the Forums.
