Jason not available??

I read that Jason came out on May 5th, but I don't have the character. He shows up in the list, but with "Press A to purchase Jason".

I bought the expensive Premium Edition, or whatever it was, so I shouldn't have to buy the character. Even so, I tried pressing A, hoping it would cycle through the system and see that I'd already "bought" it, via the Premium Edition. But, that tells me the
item is currently not available for purchase.

What in the world am I missing? This Premium Edition thing was an enormous, misleading, ripoff.

so I contact Microsoft with a problem and I'm talking to this guy. His name is Jason. JASON IS THE BEST MICROSOFT SUPPORT EVER!!! He helped me through everything, was patient, funny. He was the definition of perfect. I swear.

A "Z movie franchise" becoming a great game....I don't think so.

I know that game stories are not great,but not as bad as those Jason "movies"....

The first one was average,the sequels really bad.

Just let's Jason (and his mother) rest in peace.

 

Had the same problem yesterday. I bought MKX via the digital store (including the Kombat Pack) and was already able to play Jason. When trying to play with Jason yesterday I got the same message ("Hit A to buy" or something like this).

Hopefully only a glitch...

 

I as well have the same problem not only with Jason also with Goro I went delete de files re download again and that resolve the problem.

 

There is something about the way the game updates itself, it does this sometime, I have had to delete Jason & the skin packs, although lately it hasnt happened, but I have noticed that since the game updates itself everytime you go online I believe it has
something to do with that since there are many times it tells you that the Nether Realm servers are out every once in a while..

 

I noticed the same problem yesterday. I hadn't played in a week or so so it was strange to see Jason greyed out and stating I need to buy the DLC. I had purchased the Kombat Pack as part of the Premium Edition and had used him already. I tried to uninstalled
and reinstalled the Jason DLC but it still shows him greyed out and unavailable. Hope it clears up soon.

 

I have the Kombat pack, for some reason Jason still is not popping up on my roster. Yet I downloaded him from the store. Tanya works fine, but for some reason Jason won't stay put on my roster. Any fix to this?
