Japan stock on Xbox one X

It's down to local retailers when they get stock in so ask them.

The whole "going to PlayStation" thing won't get you anywhere as no one cares.

If you are that desperate for an xbox one just import one,they are region free apart from dvd's/blu-rays.

No one from Microsoft uses these forums so you wont get any type of official answer

The website currently shows the Xbox One X as out of stock. It has been out of stock for a bit now. This is probably why.

Hello, I will be moving from Japan to the U.S. If I purchase an Xbox one or a One X from Japan, will I be able to use it in the U.S and play U.S games? Or are the Xbox One and One X region Locked?

No, the console from a disc perspective is not region locked. And baring a plug with a ground (which I do not think the US plug has) the power adapter should also work in Japan as the power requirements are the same. The only think you will need to make
sure to do is change your purchase region to Japan from the US to purchase content locally there for digital games.

as far as I know has the Xbox one X an internal power supply which works in every region, but you might want to check what it says on the back side on the Xbox One X what it supports.

Regarding the cable itself must be correct for the power used in Japan to be sure it will be able to process the current going through it.

If Japan uses for example 100v then the cable is fine, but if they have more then 125v then I wouldn't use that cable.
