January Xbox Quest

I completed my January Xbox Quest, and never received any type of reward. It was stated that I’d receive a $10 equivalent reward and the chance to be entered into an “Ultimate” gift reward also.

Would like to know where my gift is and why I haven’t received notification of any kind.

Not receiving quest rewards

I have since received the xbox quest reward for January, but not the game pass quest reward for January

Haven't receieved Xbox Quest rewards for January or February or Xbox Game Pass rewards for January.

I haven't received my Xbox Quest rewards for January or February. I know I completed both as well as in January I completed the Xbox game pass Quests too.

Prizes for quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of February, you'll want to post back.

Same here I haven't received anything for January Xbox Quests or January Game Pass Quests. This is the firsts i've had any issue with it. I usually receive a message before mid month.

Oraclea

Subnautica is the focus of one of the current December quests, active until January 6th. The quest is to earn any two achievements in Subnautica.

I'm guessing the new game-specific quests for January will feature different games. However, since Subnautica is an ID@Xbox game, and since every month so far has featured an ID@Xbox-related quest, I think it will still be relevant for these quests.

At this moment, the December 2019 quests are still active. I see in the descriptions that these quests can still be completed by January 6th, 2020. I presume that the January quests will go live as soon as the December quests expire. Hope this helps!

Since that's part of Xbox Quests and not the Rewards program, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Keep in mind that prizes from quests are given within the following month. So if that is the quest for December, you will receive the prizes in January.
If you don't receive anything by the end of January, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum.
