January XBox Quest reward not received yet!

It seems I am not alone.

I am pretty sure I did finished all the steps for the January's Xbox Quest, but I have not received any reward regarding this as of March 3rd yet.

Please have somebody help looking into this issue, thanks.

Not receiving quest rewards

I have since received the xbox quest reward for January, but not the game pass quest reward for January

 

i haven't received my Xbox Live Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards

i still haven't received my rewards for completing the Live Quest Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards from December & January Quest rewards yet & today is March 1st

Hi, thank you for following up.

I have xbox apps for android and win 10 installed and log in almost every other day. So I am quit sure I have completed that, as well for other criteria.

In fact I did get my reward for the Game Pass Quest on Feb 23rd, but nothing for this Xbox Live Quest.
