January Xbox Live Quest Reward Never Received.

I had met all the requirements for January's quest and waited the whole month of February without receiving anything. Thannk you in advance for your assassistance.

February is over and I didn't received my January Xbox Quest reward

I did all the requirements stated in the banner, and never received my Xbox January quest reward.

 

Sorry for bumping the thread but I posted almost 4 days ago and never received a response while it appears everyone who posted with the same issue as early as today have already received a response.

 

I'm usually patient but this is getting ridiculous. What must I do to get a response? Nearly 5 days since I posted and I continue seeing other people get help for posts made today while I get zero service for a post made almost a week ago. This is the worst
customer service I've ever experienced.

 

Going on 6 days of zero response.
