had a purchase of Geostorm on the 23rd that we have not yet received due to this issue. Once this error is resolved, and we begin to receive purchase data again, you should see your offer progress. Our other team working on this issue has informed us that
this should be resolved shortly.

Because you rented Blade Runner 2049 after Jan 23 they haven't received any info about that rental because there is something wrong with their system since that date and they are trying to figure out how to fix it. At least that is what I was told 3 days
ago since my final rental was on Jan 23 for the Movie Marathon Mission for January & I posted about it on the 29th & the 30th and was told that the problem would be fixed soon but I'm still waiting for my 3,000 points & my gems.
