January Freedom Rewards

Hi, I'm pretty sure I was able to complete at least most of the missions from January Freedom rewards. I'm certain I bought both the $30 add ons as well as the 3 different $5 addons for different games. I also tried to hit the 5 hour mark but the other freedom
event seems to be conflicting so I'm not sure...

if I did something wrong, can you tell me what, because I'd hate to learn that I spent the money without earning the rewards, and would like to avoid making that same mistake again!

never got my reward for warfame

i got 5 new achievement on warfram and completed the freedom. reward on January 28 and and never receive my reward

Missing 3000 Reward Points

Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account for completion of the FREE Pass offer. However, we only see purchases from Pinball FX3 and Star Trek Online, so you did not complete the 1,2, FREE Pass offer. Furthermore, we only see five or more
hours of play time in two titles last month, so you did not complete that offer (Kings Quest and Star Trek Online).

These are tokens that you have to redeem. They are not automatically awarded to you in-game.

A link to the FREEdom redemption page can be found on the FREEdom Rewards page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/). The link is in the highlighted green section near the bottom titled "Collect
your special Rewards". This will take you to your redemption page with your trove tokens.
