January & February Xbox AND Gamepass quests.

Hello i have called 3 time to Xbox Support and finally was told to post here, I have not yet recieved ANY of my rewards for January OR February Xbox Quest OR Xbox Gamepass quests. PLEASE help.

Xbox Live Quest and Gamepass quest

I participated in the Xbox Live Gold Quest and the Gamepass quest in January and still have not received anything regarding them. This seems to be an ongoing thing with the quests. Is there anything I can do about it?

Hey NovocaineKisses! For more info on the January Quest reward, please check your Xbox Live messages. For the Game Pass Quest, check your
subscriptions as well as
order history to make sure you had an active Game Pass subscription through January 31st. Post back and let us know how it goes!

For the February quests you would need to wait at least 30 days from the ending of the quest period, thus if you do not see rewards by the beginning of April let us know!

As for January can you confirm that you have unlocked 5 Achievements between during the month?

Finally, for Game Pass quests have you had an active paid Game Pass subscription for 30 days without interruption?

Then there needs to be a disclaimer on the quests that involve achievements. If its on gamepass and the quest is for "gamepass games" rather than a specific game it should still count so long as it is played ON Xbox one.
