Jan 2 Jigsaw Jammer challenge puzzle problems

I have the same problem...

Unable to play Jigsaw Jammer since 4 Sep 2016. Starts to load and hangs.

Checked Updates and they're all loaded. I have postponed the UPGRADE.

Ran the Appsdiagnostic10.diagcab, wushowhide.diagcab, dxdiag Direct X Ver. 12, & wsreset.exe. No change.

The other 2 games, Lock Breaker & Bug Catcher, work fine.

Jammer tries to load, shows the 4 puzzle pieces moving together and apart, displays about 1/2 inch of the loading bar and loops the puzzle pieces movement infinitely. I let it run for 20 minutes once.

I did run the MS Disk Cleanup to get rid of all the junk files... ???

Any suggestions?

Have you tried checking out your Jigsaw puzzles on a different Windows 10 machine to see if they pop up there? If your Windows 10 PC is a laptop, can you try using it on a different network than your current home network to see if they load then?

Doing this will help us see if the issue is potentially network based so let us know!

Thanks for the screenshot. Did you get a chance to try reinstalling the application yet? If not, try that first. You can also try signing into your account on a different Windows 10 PC to see if that helps the issue at all.

Still not able to load some Jigsaw Jammer challenges see screen shot

Hey there !

We just tested those 3 days Jigsaw Jammer challenges and were able to successfully load them. What happens when you try to load them? Does your application crash or do you receive an error code and/or message you could provide us? If you haven't yet, can
you try reinstalling the application to see if the issue persists?

When I load those 3 Jammer challenges it just hangs on load with about a quarter of the loading bar highlighted.

I have re-downloaded the app as you suggested, unfortunately it is taking forever to download the puzzles so I cannot check to see if it solved, any ideas.
