mon fils a été bani du xbox live pour aucune raison justifiée

Il s'est joint au groupe de son ami, cependant ceux ci jouaient sans respecter les règles du groupe et mon fils s'est fâché contre eux et eux l'ont bani

Bonjour, j'ai été bani d'xbox Live suite une plainte non fondé. Je suis utilisateur de Xbox live depuis les débuts de son existence et cela est la première fois que cela arrive... Pouvez vous remédier la situation ?

bonjour je jouais halo 5 gardiens un jeux que j'adore et j'ai été bani une fois pour inactivité je suis vraiment DSL et aujourd'ui des amis sont arriver et j'ai complètement lâcher le jeux sans réfléchir et jai été banni des serveurs

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

For further information on how Enforcement is done click HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

You can check the reasons for any suspensions, and the duration of such action, on the
Enforcement website.

Hello garfazz,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement websitefor all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also
submit a case reviewfrom the same website.This is how
you communicate with the enforcement team and it's the only way.

Hi, There is nothing you can do but wait until the explanation is posted. Enforcement do not use these forums, and no one on here can help.

Salut, Il n'y a rien que vous pouvez faire, mais attendre jusqu' ce que l'explication est affichée. L'application de la loi n'utilisent pas ces forums, et personne ici ne peut aider.
