    Jade Empire on XBOX 360


    Hi all, I just recently downloaded Jade Empire on XBOX 360 and when I try to run it, it says it cannot play the requested game. I have read all the forums regarding how to clear the cache, re-download the XBOX compatibility update, and make sure you have
    a Microsoft issued hard drive. Nothing works and I paid a lousy $10,00 for this game.....what gives??? Any chance I can get my money back or do something more?????

    Sorry to hear it. Where did you purchase the Xbox hard drive from? Although some online services such as Amazon or Ebay sell "official" drives with "official" stickers on them they can still be 3rd party drives that do not have the required firmware to
    run backwards compatible games.
