Jackpot dlc bl3 not working

I rather them not add anther DLC and focus/save ideas for BL3.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It seems like you're having trouble accessing the BL3 Directors Cut DLC. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• What is the exact error message you encountered? Take a screenshot.
  

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

• Check to see if the DLC is installed correctly. Go to "My Games & Apps" on your Xbox dashboard, select BL3, and then scroll down to "Manage Game & Add-ons." From there, you should be able to see if the DLC is installed and if it needs any updates.
  
• If the DLC is installed but still not working, try clearing your Xbox's cache. To do this, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning the console back on.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Well I wouldn't mind if lead to a new one in a year time. They need to annouesed this and BL3. And offer a $10 discount cupond to preorder BL3 in game store taken part the offer.
