    Hi,

    i would like to know if xbox is gonna improve the jack 3.5mm connexion on their new controller.

    i mean i dont understand why it have to be perpendicular and under the controller. I'm having problem with this connexion, always noise in the mic or other people hear noise too.

    Xbox you should put some kindof " U " to tie the cord of the mic on th controller so no stress never go to the jack connexion

    Can I use a standard pair of headphones with a y splitter.

    I have a set of headphones which have a 3.5mm jack for audio and a separate 3.5mm jack for the mic. I have the latest xbox one controller with the 3.5mm jack. Can I simply just buy a y splitter for this to work. I understand the y splitter may need to be

    looking to get a headset...

    I'm looking to get a headset for my xbox one, as I've got one of the new controllers with the 3.5mm jack, my question is, can I use ANY headset with this that has a 3.5mm jack, even if its one of those cheap $10 cellphone headsets, provided it has
    the required 3.5mm jack?

    Can you clarify by what you mean by "New Controller"?

    I have two standard Xbox One S controllers that work without any noise or static with a turtle beach headset. It's possible the issue you're having could be something with the specific controller or headset that you're using.

    Hi, yes my headset is brand new, the problem is probably from the femelle jack connexion of the controller . If i change my controller , everything is gonna be ok , i dont try to trouble shout my problem

    its only i found that the design put a lot of stress on this part. each time i had to change my controller was for this jack problem

    if we could put the male jack of the headset tied somewhere under the controller, its could be nice

    I would like if i drop my headset, its not the male 3.5 of the headset or the femelle connexion of the controller who gonna break but the connexion near the ear
