Jabra Revo headphone mic doesn't work for Titanfall chat?

I have Microsoft's headset adapter and a pair of Jabra Revo wired/wireless headphones:

I can plug them in via wire and chat in apps like Skype (I've made sure my Kinect's mic is disabled) and in a Party. When I chat in Titanfall I see the voice indicator appear next to my name, but apparently no one can hear me in-game. Yeah, not a lot of
players are using mics in game, but even when players show up who do, none of them respond to me.

Any idea what could be up? I've scoured in-game and system settings but see nothing. Thanks for any help!

I just use dj Sony headphones and a Jabra wired mobile phone mic. headphones cost 80 mic cost 10 bucks

Nope, I have found that the adapter won't work with this type of in-line mic. If you want to use those headphones with a mic, go here: v-moda.com/boompro-microphone. I bought this for my Beats studio and the mic works. It's another $30 but the quality
of the mic and cable are worth it in my opinion.

 

Seems weird though since the adapter and headphones work for audio and chat for other apps, including Skype and Party. Is this a choice on Respawn/Titanfall's part? Or an incompatibility just with this game?

 

Seems to be a Titanfall issue - I too have the Jabra Revo connected to the stereo headset adapter and it works fine in Skype and tried it in BF4 but none answers in Titanfall...
