    Ivi.ru Subscription error


    Hello!I have a problem with ivi.ru application on my Xbox one. I habe been charged for additional month of subscription this month, but the application don't give me access to the films and the series, which should be available under the subscription.
    Please, help me with my problem.

    Have you tried to contact the support from ivi? That should be an issue on there side...

    If ivi.ru isn't accepting your geoip that's a sign you have a bad gateway

    your gateway gives you access to content but where that gateway reports you decidea what content you can get

    Ivi.ru checks for your geoip and is independent of Xbox as they also serve phones computers consoles

    On site ivi.ru I get no problems with the computer and console, watch movies. But the application to install them I can not.

    Then contact your isp since you obviously have issues with dns and gateway

    you can try logining into ivi.ru and if they also don't let you in its the lsp gateway that's the issue

    either a vpn server side or a fireway or gateway

    CHeck with ivi.ru website and see if you can login when it faills since its the same check as Xbox as in pc

    since your geoip fails screenshot it

    Then contact your isp and tell them your geoip that's is having issues

    they take it from there
