    Hello,

    i've got the same problem. Even though I updated my Live account with my latest emailadress before, I did not receive the code via email.

    My code was sent to an email that is inactive (June 3rd), after I chatted with support they told me to come here and post what happened to get the code sent to my Xbox. I've also ensured that the email is updated.
