I've tried EVERYTHING! XB 1s controller won't sync to console. PLEASE HELP!

Right now when I turn on my controller it blinks a few times then it goes solid but it isn't connected to my console.

I thought it was connecting to my PC so I went to my PC and checked and it wasn't. So I tried connecting the controller to my PC (to see if there is something wrong with my controller) and the controller connected
without a hassle. So then I forgot the device in Bluetooth settings and once again the controller blinked for a bit then went solid

I've tried doing the normal sync and it didn't work at all

I've tried unplugging the console and plugging it back in. Nothing

Again when I plug my controller into the console (with a cable) it works! But once I unplug it the light starts to flash then it goes solid but it isn't connected to my console (I would have to turn off the
controller then while it is off, plug it back into the console for it to work again).

I've made sure the controller is up-to-date

I have no idea what to do. The controller isn't broken as it connects to my PC without issue and the controller works just fine when I plug it into my console. I've tried new and old batteries. I'm at my wits
end, is anyone able to help me out?

edit: forgot to say, I made sure to turn off Bluetooth on my PC

I figured it out.

Have controller plugged into a console with a cable and make sure the controller is controlling the console while it is plugged in (before when I unplugged the controller at this point it wouldn't sync). Push and hold the power button on the console till
it (and the controller) turn off. I then wait a few minutes then I turn on the colsone with the controller power button. Let the console boot up then unplug the controller and it "should" work.

@onyx62is Yes, I've tried re-syncing the controller. Plus, I can't go to the settings because my controller won't connect. Also, I'm sure the update won't help, because from what I can tell, everybody's complaining about it.

You're still not really making much sense here. The WarHead's mic's sync would be with the headset once plugged in (or prsuming the base stationas part pof the headset), which then syncs with the base station. If the XBox One
has an optical audio jack, then there shpouldn't be a problem. As for other XBox 360 headsets, yeah, there's the 1s that plug into the 2.5mm jack on the Xbox 360 controller, then there's the wireless sync 1s which sync directly to the console. The fact that
the mics aren't wired isn't going to hinder ther use.

Thanks for responding. I've tried the suggestions already with no success. The system is an xbox 1s. It is a wired headset connected to the controller. I've tried multiple headsets with multiple controllers. I have sound for both the games and other people in the chat but the mic is not working for any of the headsets, one of which is brand new. Thanks for any help with this.
