    This is thd 2nd time I've posted about the same issue because I feel that nobody has tried to resolve the issue or at least keep me informed on the matter in quite some time. The following is my original post from 11 days ago.

    "Throughout each month, I tally up what I spend and compare to the progress being tracked through MyRewards. Going into the month of May, I was sitting at 68%. For some reason, earlier this month I purchased the Forza Horizon 3 & Forza Motorsport 6 bundle.
    The days following the purchase, I watched my percentage roll back & forth to eventually sit right back to what it was before I had made the purchase, at 68%. I also don't preorder anything. I just want to rule that out. Every purchase I make is qualifying
    content that counts towards MyVIP rank. So I was hoping that upon making more purchases that somehow the issue would resolve itself, but it didn't. My math could be wrong (I'm only human), but I added up every dollar I've spent before taxes to come up with
    what should be 85% towards my next MyVIP rank instead of the 81% currently displayed. At a 4% difference means that I've roughly spent $36 that wasn't tracked. If someone could look into this, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks."

    Then I received the following response 7 days ago from XBLRewards8.

    "Hello FlST OF RUKT,

    We are investigating your purchases. Earlier last month, we determined that we were incorrectly duplicating some purchases, which is why you may have seen some variance in your MyVIP progress. Can you confirm that you made a Forza Bundle purchase on May
    6th?"

    The following is my response from that same day.

    "I made the purchase for the Forza Horizon 3 & Forza Motorsport 6 bundle when it was on sale for $54.99 before taxes. That was on May 6th, and it was also my first purchase of last month."

    I hate that I have to resort to all of this. It's such a tedious task for me to consistently have to keep up with this rewards program and the complications that come along with it.

    Credits for the Ghost Recon offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com.

    For the 6,000 credit offer the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after your purchase (as long as you opted in for the offer).

    Thanks for the confirmation. We've received word from our platform team that an issue with the play anywhere functionality of your Forza Horizon 3 purchase (as part of that bundle) caused an issue with correctly processing that purchase as a Xbox purchase.
    We'll adjust your MyVIP progress for $59.99 (rounding up a little), so it looks like your $36 estimate was a little under. We have confirmed your other purchases with our commerce team, and can verify that this Forza purchase was your only missing purchase.
    Apologies for the inconvenience. You should see your progress update by the end of next week, at the latest. We will also adjust your Credit amount, so keep an eye out for another May MyVIP event for the missing $60.
