I've still can't use communication features

    I've still can't use communication features


    My account got suspended from XBL communication features on the 20/07/2017, 00:48:58 until 03/08/2017, 04:48:48 and suspended from online multiplayer on the 22/07/2017, 01:13:55 until 05/08/2017, 05:13:55.

    And on the enforcement page it says they have both ended but I am still getting the message "because of your past behaviour, you are unable send messages" everytime I try to send a message and it says "your privacy settings prevent chat with some people"
    in party's when it has no restrictions for comnications and "because of your past behaviour you are unable to do this" on online multiplayer games.

    It's now the 17/08/2017 and it is still giving me these messages does anyone know how to fix it because this is getting realy annoying now.

    Suspension lifted, can't use communications.

    My suspension was lifted the other day and I still can't use any form of communication on Xbox one, no messages no party chat, I can't even use in game chat features in Ark. I would appreciate some help.

    I've done what many forums have suggested such as power cycling and unplugging console, router, etc and I still can't use communications. App doesn't let me either.

    Hey there Deus Alt,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
    in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently. It's possible the suspension
    on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension.
    The only way to currently find out if an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

  6. You should have more information in your email inbox regarding this suspension, if your not seeing it, make sure you check the spam folders as well as insure that you're looking at the email address associated with your Microsoft Account. If you're still
    not seeing it, it's best to contact the chat/phone teams who can let you know if there is any enforcement actions still on your account. They won't be able to give any details, but they can help you find out what's going on.
