    I havent received my xbox live free gift

    Dear Xbox Support,

    I spoke to your representative on live chat who referred me to contact you here. I've been sent a link for a free gift but when i click it i get sent to a page to redeem a 25 digit code but that hasnt been provided in the email. Can you please tell me how
    to get my gift?

    My friend has bought a game from US region and sent it to me as a gift but unfortunately i can’t redeem the gift code and it keeps telling me (Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region / This code was purchased in a different region and
    cannot be redeemed.) although i tried using the same US region, BTW I've tried all this throw the console but with no success

    here    . but unfortunately, you cannot buy items with an Xbox gift card on a iOS or android device. Try buying it on a Xbox!

    If my friend redeems the gift card in the link you sent, will he be able to redeem it on mcpe, or does it have to be on Xbox?
