I've seen the news, I just want to start the daily puzzles. Why can't I start this? Stop this ...

Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.

My problem is the same too. Nothing new puzzle download, nor daily challenges download. Daily challengy is downloding permamently as cca. 10 %. End in this point is stopping. Finally is closing the game window.

I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
will help you, too.

I have respect for old consoles....not the companies though. I don't respect Nintendo.

Everytime I want to buy a Wii I think of some of the games I've played at a relatives house and the videos I've seen and I just can't bring myself to do it.

It started going downhill on the Gamecube for me. Anyhow....why would I respect a company for something it did years ago? Now is what matters.

I need help. It started with the Microsoft jigsaw it just wouldn't open. The circle just keeps going around and around. Now all the games I have on my PC have stopped working. I can't side the screen, I can't open them. Is something going on? The puzzle
hasn't worked for several days and now I can't play any games. I uninstalled but they would not reinstall. It only downloaded for a few moments and stopped. Help?
