    I’ve run out of ideas (crashing issue, Series S)


    I’ve got series S, and I cannot get Fortnite (don’t judge, it’s for my kid) and Watch Fogs: Legion to load.

    Fortnite will load and connect; and then crash the program when trying to connect to any of the game modes. A couple times it has crashed the console as well.

    Legion will freeze when trying to start a new game, without fail. Complete freeze, often requiring a reboot of the console.

    I’ve restarted, total restarted, power cycled, uninstalled/reinstalled, and I’ve gotten nowhere. If anyone has any guess as to what I can do, it would help a lot. Thanks!

    Hi,

    I’ve been trying all the same things to fix my series X version too. At one point I suspected possible corrupted save data but after clearing everything I had I went back and it was to no avail.

    Interestingly I also have a series S and when I play on that I have had no crashes or issues. I seriously think it’s something to do with the hardware in the series X.

    I have this issue with the Series S and Samsung TV. I’ve had the TV disconnected from the internet to stop ads, only reconnected it recently and since then I’ve started having the sound issues with the Xbox.
