    I've redeemed 2 x 5000 V-bucks and lost both of them?


    Hi all, hopefully, I make this clear for you to understand.

    My boy who is 8 got 2 5000 v-bucks Fortnite for his Christmas. I've put in what I thought were my details with his username, but can't find the V-bucks on any of his Xbox username accounts for that Fortnite game.

    I contacted Microsoft and in truth, they never helped much. All the guy said was that the V-bucks went into my daughter's account/profile, under the name Lucy-may.

    Lucy-may is my 7-year-old who has never played Fortnite and plays only Minecraft on her Xbox. I downloaded Fortnite on her Xbox and the V-bucks are not in that account either.

    I tried phoning Microsoft, but keep getting the message "Something went wrong"

    Any help would be great, thanks.

    I've tried it and if you have money on the gift card and it is redeemed on your account you can by V-bucks on Fortnite and get the V-bucks right away.

    I’m sorry to hear that your V-Bucks have not been claimed on Xbox. If you have redeemed a V-Bucks card through the Fortnite account on the back of the card and used the code generated to add to your individual Xbox account through Microsoft, but the V-Bucks do not show up on your child’s account on Xbox, you can try the following steps:
    1. Check if the card was redeemed to the correct account.
    2. Check if the V-Bucks are available on the account that redeemed the card.
    3. Check if the V-Bucks are available on other platforms such as PC or mobile.
