    I have already looked and replaced all old addresses with my new one and made sure both my microsoft account and xbox account are in the same new country. Is there anything i'm missing? Or does it take a while to go into effect?

    Hello again, I will recommend that you try to get in touch with Xbox support so that they can properly verify your account, because unfortunately here, as independent consultants, we do not have that type of access.

    Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

    See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

    If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

    Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

    Click Contact us

    Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

    On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

    1. Make sure there are no active subscription services on your account

    2. Make sure you are not using a network proxy when subscribing to the service

    3. Make sure the Xbox market in your country supports non-local credit card payments

    Hello RossParton, by your description of the error message, can you tell if you have any active subscriptions in your account that belonged to the previous region?

    Another thing that could be causing this is that you don't have a payment method for the new region you are in.
