    Unfortunately there is no way to transfer a gift card to another account once you have redeemed it.

    Was it a suscription or game gift card?

    Because if it was you can still share it through the home xbox feature

    Unfortunately once a Card is redeemed to an Account your not able to transfer it to a different one. It needs to be spend with the account you redeemed it to.
