    my internet is great with xbox, everything is working fine. i just cannot sign-in to this account on my console? it been this way for 8 hours.

    Paid for No Ads But Still Getting Them

    In Taptiles, I purchased the upgrade and am paid up thru 1/25/18 so that I won't get ads. However, I'm still getting them. It asks me if I want to upgrade but won't let me since I have already purchased the upgrade.

    The same thing is happening in Jigsaw. I purchased the upgrade and am paid thru 9/28/18 but still get ads. Again, it asks me if I want to upgrade but won't let me since I have already purchased the upgrade.

    Very frustrating. I'm thinking about not playing any more.

    Have you tried power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? If you have then please list all the steps you've taken so far.

    can't purchase ms points via online store or console

    I'm getting this too. It let me make one purchase with Paypal (and that was after several attempts) but won't let me make another (I need 1200 points so have bought 1000 and need to buy 500 now)

    It also won't let me add a credit card. Every time I try typing one in, it says it's not a valid number (when it is - I've tried them all!)

    I'm having the same problem! I've purchased one months gold with my PayPal I have an email and everything saying I've purchased it, also on my Microsoft account online it says I've purchased it and will be renewed the end of next month, but my Xbox still
