I've purchased gears of war 4 and can't get 1-3 although it comes with package

for some reason I've been sent here to post by the help desk , if I could post a picture I'd show the advert for the game which includes all 3 previous games from the Xbox 360 for the Xbox one £79.99

This would be the actual spot where you post but it does you no good to post a picture. It's freely available on this website and widely known promotion. You can find it by searching gears of war 4 however you better read the page yourself

As per the terms and conditions you said you only recently bought the game

As with most promotions they are sent out in waves up to 30days after redemption you are just going to have to wait

The Xbox One S console comes with a download code for Gears 4, which should give you the online messages download codes for Gears 1-3.

The fine print on the console says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+" -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet?

on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.
