I've purchased Destiny 2 Forsaken, but it says I have to buy it to play

Gotta get this off my chest, man:

1. It's truly frustrating that I've purchased this product, it's not working, and I can't get ahold of customer service, I have to post in a forum?!

2. If this is an issue, there should be an answer somewhere!

Problem:

I own Destiny 2 and all DLC up to Forsaken digitally. I now own Destiny 2 Forsaken Legendary on disc. I boot up disc, it says "Destiny 2 Forsaken", so I know that's the version I'm loading, but when I go to click on the campaign it tries to make me buy it.

Please advise.

Hello Chaos,

Sorry for the issue with your game. Try uninstalling the game and DLC completely and install it from the disk.
Have you made sure all the DLC content is installed? Also, if you installed all the content digitally, why do you own a disc? This may be causing the issue. Since you have all of it installed digital, if it is just the normal game not legendary. For
example The disc license is for legendary, the digital license is for the regular game.

I would try the power cycle and you may have to delete the game and reinstall from the game disc

I would recommend deleting everything and running it off the disc to see if that resovles the issue.

Have you tried to powercycle your xbox and do you get a error code?
