I've purchase a 2nd one a still doesnt work

I have purchase a 2nd sealed mint in box game of Psycho-Pass Mandatory Happiness and im still experience the same thing ive payed £80 for the games (£40 each time) and the
new game wont even load (my last post about it)

I have Psycho-Pass Mandatory Happiness on disk ive played the game before and im at 95% completion and now it always gives me a black screen and then crashes the disk is in perfect condition I'm UK so it isn't available
for me to buy in the Microsoft store I have tried absolutely everything to get it to work hard reset factory reset system wipe clearing the system cache uninstalling and reinstalling the game cleaning the game several times without the update it gets to the
page just before the start but with the update It just gives me a black screen and then crashes that isn't even ever code to go along with it

Hey did deleting the saves fix the issue or is it still present

You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen. Here's how:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select My games & apps.
Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.
In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A button on your controller.
You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
- Delete from console removes the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play.
- Delete everywhere removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.

Have your attempted to directly contact the dev team responsible for the game and yea the only thing brought up about the game is about the save corruption and also to delete saves you manage save data delete everywhere and that's how you delete saves
warning this is unrecoverable after this your saves will be gone achievement progress is kept

On my own Xbox I haven't tried another account but I'll give it a go but I have tried it on my brother's console who has never played the game before and it's still possessed with the same problems
