I've played Xbox before, but not it won't let me connect.

I've had my Xbox for 2 years, and ever since then, I played on Xbox live, but recently, it refuses to connect to Xbox live. I've tested connection and it shows up fine. No Nat errors or anything. And then when I try to connect, it takes almost 15 minutes
and shows up as an error. This has been going on for a week now. I cant find anything on the internet to help me so I came here. I followed all of the support instructions but those haven't worked. I enabled UPnP, but I haven't port forwarded. I am absolutely
sure there isn't a firewall and there isn't a MAC filter. Maybe it's the router? I'm not sure.

Xbox original games on 360

Trying to play an original Xbox game on my 360 but it won't let me, I have played this game on a 360 before so I know it should but don't have a clue why it won't let me any ideas?

Have you tried power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? If you have then please list all the steps you've taken so far.

Please connect your console directly to the modem, then reset your console and modem at the same time.

If concern persist and you are getting the 8015 error code, please go to
http://account.live.com and then select Security and Password, then update your security information by adding an alternate email address and phone number.

Then using your console, please go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Profile > Select the Profile > Delete > Delete Profile Only.

Then, go to Settings > System > Storage > (Highlight hard drive) Press Y > Clear System Cache (3x)

Then, press the Xbox button on your controller and select download profile, it is much better if you will check the remember password.

I was not signing into xbox live before. I was not even connecting. I was just playing the games on the console. the profile I set up on there is missing and won't let me create a new one. I tried to connect and now it won't let me connect to xbox live.
It shows that I am connecting to the internet and then errors at the xbox live point.

The wired connection worked. I have found out that I continue to get disconnected when my son is playing on his xbox. When he's not playing, I don't have a problem. I've never had a problem before with both of us being connected to xbox live at the same
time. Why won't it let me be connected when he's on? Thanks!

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Xbox App.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check drive permissions by opening File Explorer and navigate to the problematic drives.

Right-click the drive, select "Properties," and go to the "Security" tab.

Make sure that your user account has "Full Control" permissions. If not, click "Edit" and grant the necessary permissions.

And then set the correct installation drive. Open the Xbox app, go to "Settings," and select "General."

Under "Change where this app installs games by default," set one of the problematic drives as the default installation location.

Next is to create a new folder for Xbox Games. On the problematic drive, create a new folder (e.g., "XboxGames").

Right-click the folder, go to "Properties," and ensure the "Security" settings allow "Full Control" for your user account.

Then reset the Xbox App. To do this go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Xbox" > "Advanced Options."

Click "Reset" to clear any corrupted settings.

After that kindly reinstall Gaming Services. Open PowerShell as an administrator and run the following commands:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

This will reinstall the Gaming Services app.

I've got 3 xbox ones. 2 of them are set as a home xbox and connect fine. However, the other one that isn't set as home won't connect. Additionally it won't let me make it home xbox for any accounts atm

I think my Xbox one is defective also because it won't let me connect to xbox live and it says my WiFi is good and it won't let me play games online at all. My Xbox One if defected!!
