i've paid for xbox live subscription on the site, but can't get on it?

I've had xbox live from the start (well as soon as I could get broadband) and I've always been happy to pay for a service that gave me such pleasure from the start. However, I can't really see what I get for my money. I've paid for the software, I've paid
for the hardware and I pay for my phoneline and broadband connection. All the subscription seems to give you is access to xbox lives matchmaking system. I wouldn't be without it, but I don't think we get any value from our subs.

Yeah but I paid my upgrade I've a bill confirmation.. One year Gold subscription..

Even if I wanna re-subscribe I can't I've this error code on my screen or the glitch error or Xbox Live Service Unavailable

So I can't sub for a new live subscription in this time? Just pre-paid?

How long is your Xbox live gold subscription for? Have you tried power cycling the console or checked to make sure you’re designated as the home xbox account

Mi Xbox live subscription is for May 2019.

I tried it and I've been triying all recomendations in the Forums and nothing.

I Can't Log in in my PC in Social Club, the web site doesn't load.

I'm more *** off that I paid $59 for Xbox Live just to get Shadow Jago when I could have paid $39 and what did I get a Jago skin. Why can't I play with him with the new moveset after I've beaten him?
