    I'm in the need of new controllers, so I went around the web and found that the Microsoft store had the better price. I ordered a blue and a white Xbox One Controller. A day later, I find out the blue controller was cancelled, so I went around the web for
    answers and couldn't find any that would help. The email from Microsoft suggested I try ordering again, so I go and buy the same blue controller.

    Now, 3 days later, after being pending all that time, the controller, once again, was cancelled. That's more than 130 dollars down the drain, because they've also charged me for them. How do I get my money back since they haven't returned the money.

    P.S. The White Xbox One Controller is still pending so I hope that one at least arrives.
