I've ordered an Xbox One Controller twice and both times it has been cancelled

I've seen double dragons twice now, but so far I've been lucky enough to have one fly off and one stay to fight both times.

I've bought a new controller and the mic on that one is working, so in a weird way both of my previous two controller's jack has been broken at the same time.

Yes, that's exactly the receiver I was talking about.

The key here is trying to single out the source of the issue if it's the controller itself...

I'm 100% sure it isn't hardware related. My Xbox Series controller has already been replaced twice by Microsoft Service, each time having different serial number, and just recently I've noticed the very same issue occuring on my other controller, Xbox One S model (the one with Bluetooth compatibility). Both controllers were regularly updated, and the issue occured on both wireless and wired connection. Hence my suspision about faulty drivers.

they told me to go to the preview forums and the preview members would be able to help out with canceling a pre order. I've contacted support twice now and they've told me the same thing. No one at support can cancel my pre orders because I'm in the preview
program.

I didn't have trouble at the weekend when I cancelled a few orders, maybe they have sorted it now?



Also I'm wondering if this issue with them taking your money twice is only happening with "Paypal" ? ... As I've only seen people mention that when the problem of them charging you twice occurs.
