I’ve only gave put my home only on two peoples xboxes

Please don't get me wrong but I'd like to be honest and transparent with you that no one in customer support can offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, please go to > Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox then select Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

I’ve done all of the troubleshooting steps listed and then some. Even reset the Xbox clearing all games and data. Still no luck running Forza when downloaded.

My Xbox is wireless but it’s happened when I’ve had a wired connection.

No error message. Just returns to home or sits on loading screen.

Only two games I’ve had issues haven’t tried with others.

When trying to put my account on his xbox, it says “there are already to many people using this home xbox and will need to take someone off before you can use it” something along the lines of that but he is the only person that i have put my xbox account

Hey there my young one has gone onto my home Xbox and turned it off n on whilst I’ve been at work so when I’ve come home I’ve had no Xbox home switches left so I’m unable to put my mates account as my home Xbox to play the games we’ve both paid for, please say there’s something you can do otherwise I’m going to have to wait till 24/07/22 to put it back on

Two or more people can have, the same xbox one console as home console ?? Or only one can have it as home console, and others as family ?? Can my brother sign in with his account to xbox one, neither as family or set the console as "home" but still play
my games ??
