    I've not received my rewards points


    I purchased Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition. I received an email saying that this edition of the game would give me 15,000 rewards points. I haven't received the points yet. I also received another email stating that if you buy a game that is $60 before
    tax, you will receive 6,000 rewards points. I haven't received those points either. How long will this take for my points to be transferred to my account? Thanks!!

    Problem with my Xbox live Rewards

    Hello,

    I've received a mail from Xbox live rewards about a problem to transfert my credits.

    I have not the button under "rewards sold" to transfert my "rewards points" to "microsoft credits".

    Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

    I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

    I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
    would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

    I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

    Credits for the Ghost Recon offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com.

    For the 6,000 credit offer the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after your purchase (as long as you opted in for the offer).

    Since it has not been 15 days since the game's release, it is too early to see those Credits pending. Since the Simply Rewarding offer for 6000 Credits is for purchases off the Xbox Store, you purchase from the MicrosoftStore.com site would not be eligible
    for that offer.

    It sounds like you may not be up to date on how this program works. Currently, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.

    Is their any news on this case of mine? I've had no news and it's been almost 3 weeks since I opened this case.

    Since I opened this case I've done 2 surveys for December and January on the rewards section, no reward points were received again, just those two surveys should of given me 500 points.

    I've bought lots of stuff through the store over the last couple of years and I've never received any rewards, I feel like I'm losing out here and it's frustrating me!

    I've just logged into my rewards profile and still have 0 points and 0 points pending, even though I've done the two recwnt surveys!

    Any help on this would be really appreciated now, it's been three weeks and I'm getting nowhere, I've also got loads of xmas money I want to spend in the store but I'm not until I start getting the rewards I'm owed.
