    I've never been disappointed by xbox until now


    I contacted xbox enforcement and spent some time filing a case review. I received an email today, but what they replied with was irrelevant to what I had put into the text chat. I was contacting them about 3 items i would like to have refunded so that i
    may re-purchase them on a brand new account. They didn't have the decency to read a single thing i put.

    The reply was this:

    Definitely Rockstar. Never been disappointed by anything I've bought by them so far - in fact, it only ever gets better.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If the suspension was upheld there is nothing further you can do. Per the Terms of Use that everyone agrees to on sign up, if you are suspended you forfeit any games, content, or subscriptions
    on that account.

    Yeah. I've been purchasing season passes for a while now and never had a problem until now. This season of Breaking Bad has been unacceptable. every episode has been late. I won't be buying any more TV shows through Xbox.

    No, this is new. I've had xbox live for 10 years, been swearing the whole time, never been an issue until now.
