I've lost access to my xbox live account

Hi, i'm trying to get help with this account because i haven't been able to recover my original xbox live account, i've tried to recover it several times already without any success, it keeps saying that i haven't given the sufficient information to verify
my identity, i really need to recover the access to it, does anyone know what can i do?

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

I'm afraid there is not way to link or merge two (or more) Xbox Live Accounts in to 1 account.

You will have to get access to that original Microsoft Account to get access to that Xbox Live Account, maybe the steps or links on this page will be able to regain access to that MS account:

That link will have all options on how to try and get access again to the account up to contacting Xbox Support.

That page will show you several ways on how you might find your account email again.

If that doesn't work, be aware that Microsoft might also delete your account, if it's inactive for more than 5 years. So if you are sure of the email you're trying to use, and it's not found, you might have not used the account in the past 5 years, and it
has been deleted.

If you've forgotten your email, see if you can find it again using this troubleshooter.
