    I've Lost Access to my games i bought digitally


    I've reset my xbox today and made a brand new account but once i tried to load a game i bought digitally it gave me the "do you own this game or app " error. So i contacted Microsoft support and they told me i had to re-download the games under the account
    i originally bought them with but the problem is the account i bought the games with is perm-banned. Is there anyway i can get my ban lifted on my account so i can get my games i purchased digitally back at least? i tried everything from setting my new account
    as home Xbox and everything in the book. Is there any possible way microsoft enforcement can side with me and help me get my games back. Has nothing to do with the account besides getting my games back. I also tried reinstalling gta v to see if that worked
    but i lost it completely and it says i have to repurchase but the game is still licensed under my original account which i have no access to. Help please microsoft I've Lost Access to my games i bought digitally :(

    Locked out of Xbox live account

    Hi guys, so i need some serious help. I created an xbox live account back on my xbox 360 way back in December of 2008. Since then i've lost access to the orginal email I used to log into the account with. My debit card number has also changed as well as
    my physical address. I also changed my gamer tag three or four times. I used the account until about 2013 or 2014. Unfortunately I forgot the password and no one at Microsoft will allow me access to the account. Most of the games I bought digitally for my
    old 360 are now backwards compatible for xbone so I'd really like to have the account back. Any advice? I've tried calling several times.

    Unfortunately that is no possible. Once an account is banned permanently, it's banned permanently.

    The enforcement articles also clearly state that you get to keep your games for as long as they are installed on your device, and that you will never be allowed to connect to Xbox Live again to re-download them.

    Your only option would be to re-buy the game, then download it.

    Digital sales killed the disc games' stars

    Your account gets suspended, hacked, deleted or whatever and you lost the digital games while if you own the physical version you can just make a new one.

    I always preferred physical games but I've also bought digital games in the past since the physical versions just took ages to get delivered at my home, 1 to 7 work days, which made me digitally purchase them instead so I'd have instant access to them.

    okay so this is the continuation of the previos discussion i started, i had an exam so i coulnt respond in 72 hours, long story short, my minecraft account got hacked and i want it back..

    it isnt showing in the payments section, but i litterly bought the game, i have the proof of buying.

    can something like that happen? i lost access to my game and my in game name changed, the access to my game is completely lost..

    if you loss access to the account you bought the games on you cannot get them back. If you lost access due to forgetting details i would recommend resetting security details. If you lost your account through a permanent suspension then you have lost all
    the games that you bought with that account.
