    Xbox Tenure Reset

    Hello, I've had had xbox for 3 years and I recently put a 3 month on my account and it said 3 years as it should say but all of a sudden it signed me out and i waited 15 minutes to sign back in and now i lost my 3 year tenure? I've already cleared my system
    cache and redownloaded my profile twice and still nothing. Does anyone know the problem?

    I am having the same issue. My tenure should have bumped up from 9 to 10 this past February. Not a big deal for me but I am curious as to why it has not gone up.

    Yes, I'm aware of this. I've had Gold for 3 years, and silver for 1 year so my Tenure should be 3... not 1.

    That is interesting I think it takes time to display the correct Tenure Years/ Time on your Player Card. I know when I went from 2 to 3 years of continues Tenure it took time for it to show 3 years on my player card, I would also think it would take time
    to display it for someone that lost live too.

    Are you referring to the number of years " Tenure " that shows in to right hand corner of your Player Card. That Number is the continues amount of time that you have been on Xbox Without an interruption of Xbox Service. So For Example, if you had been on
    Xbox for 3 years the "Tenure" Would be 3 years in the right hand corner of the Player Card, However if you had Xbox for 2 years and lost the Membership for a week then got it again then you would not have the Tenure for those years

    Hey there Burlax! I have checked into your Tenure myself and confirmed that the "3" is now correct. As mentioned in our Tenure Sticky, the way Tenure is now calculated is a little different and may account for why some people appear to have "lost" a year.
    I'm sorry for any confusion this has caused. Thank you for your post!
