    Yes, you will be able to communicate with them. Did you download the Xbox Companion program?

    Also if you haven't got a headset for the pc you can always use your phone on the Xbox app, can join a party from there too :)

    yes you can join a party using the Xbox companion APP with everyone on the Xbox. Log into the APP with the same account you have on the Xbox and your friends list will be there.
