I've just bought a game....or rather I bought a hotmail account, signed in on my Xbox and downloaded the game from that account.

I want to know if I can migrate purchases from that account to my regular Xbox account?

On november 18 i've bought a Deus Ex Mankind Devided. Its been black friday sales and it costs me like a half of a price. I've download it and i can play it. But! Game not displayed in my microsoft account. Nice guy from xbox chat support sad me to make
a post in the forum. So here I am.

 

I've bought Minecraft and can't play it.

Hi all,

I've bought Minecraft for Xbox even though I already had Minecraft for PC and purchased Xbox Live Gold for a month, yet I still can't play the game. Here are the screenshots:









As you can see I bought everything you could need, but when I went into game this happened.





It displayed a box with "Unlock Full Game", which I thought was stupid because I had just bought the game. When I clicked it this happened.





I have absolutely no idea what this means, and I can't join a realm either.





If I try putting the link into Google Chrome or Edge, it just displays the home screen of Minecraft. I'd like to add for the record that I think that having to buy Minecraft again just to play with friends on Xbox is extremely dumb, and those who have previously
purchased Minecraft on other platforms should be able to reduce the price of new Minecraft with it or get some other reward. This is common sense, and I am absolutely baffled how a multi-billion dollar corporation can **** something as simple as Minecraft
up so badly. If anyone could explain to me how to get my game to work, that would be greatly appreciated, otherwise I want a refund, even thought the terms and conditions state games are non-refundable.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You should also know that buying/selling of accounts is not allowed.

 

Hello Eskimosound, buying and selling of accounts is against the rules therefore the content is not meant to be transferred.

 

I don't know that it's illegal and why is a legitimate website selling games like that. They need reporting and I need my money back...

Anyone at Microsoft listening because I can't contact a human being when I ring or webchat.

The purchase of buying accounts is against the rules. Nothing is transferrable.

 

Unfortunately Microsoft cannot enforce anything done on outside websites. You would have to contact customer support for that site to see about a refund and report.

 

If it's illegal, then legally they can shut it down. Something tells me it's frowned upon but not illegal otherwise you wouldn't be able to buy these things. I googled download Assassins Creed Origins code and found that.

Either way I want a human Microsoft person to look at it, can the Mods pass this on please.

Unfortunately I believe that's not something that is attainable considering Microsoft's rules. HOWEVER, log on to the account you purchased and go into your Settings>Personalization>My Home xbox>Set as home Xbox

You'll get access to all of that accounts content without needing to sign into it, including DLC or Subs. Best of luck!
