    My Xbox crashes on every game I play unless it’s on cloud gaming and sometimes completely freezes my graphics while sound plays in the background.

    Don’t think I’ll be elligible for a refund as I’ve had the Xbox a while now.

    I haven’t tried using another network no, but I’ll try now and I’ve only been experiencing this for 2 days so maybe it’s the servers being busy

    Game Installation Won't Go Past Certain Percentage

    Update:

    I’ve noticed that the game is still downloading data but at an extremely slow rate. It’s now up to 61.76 GB out of 160.54 GB and showing progress at 40.7%. It’s now showing that the installation will be completed in 5 hours 11 minutes. I suppose i’ll just have to be patient. I don’t know if it’s the game’s servers that are the cause of this but it’s the first time in two years of having this console that i’ve had any issues while installing a game.
