I've had enough!

I am so sick of my xbox 1 now, all the games I got for it and all the money I've spent and it's given me nothing my trouble, game freezes, system glitches, unplayable games, game breaking bugs, dodgy updates. It's really starting to
[Mod Removed] me the hell off, and no one from Mircosoft or any of the game companies is willing to do anything about it. I've paid over £600 including all the games I have too, and that's not including the £1000s I've spent on my 360 and original
xbox. you've only got too look at my gamercard to see 70,000 gamerscore to know i've been playing a long time, and this is the respect I get as a loyal customer? The amount of messages, emails, phone calls just ignored. This is proper

no offense man but it just seems that u need to up ur skill a little bit i had a problem with ppl getting things like that when i first started playing now?? no not at all it just takes getting used to but not everyone is a hardcore madden fan like i am
also i would say that a new football game is in order but in all honesty 2k does not compete with madden just for the fact that i play madden because of the skill it takes (and if ur not running nano blitzes it really does take skill believe me) im not saying
you wont lose to ppl that you shouldnt but for the most part madden takes a lot more skill to play then any 2k football game does heres an example of what i mean on 2k football (espn 2k5 and all pro 2k8) i played these games online and went undefeated because
all i had to do was run the ball passing on those games is impossble and usering one of the linebakers or dbs imo is one of the toughest things to do but i will say that the animations that 2k has is some of the best even on 2k8 i love playing it because ppl
will have differnt catch and pick animations (like diving and one handed) on madden u never see this but all in all i will always play madden over any 2k series nba nhl or nfl id take ea but thats just me

Hi bh, I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. Try un-installing and re-installing the games again. Also try doing a hard reset on your console by holding the power button down on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for
30 sec. After 30 sec plug it back in and power back on and hopefully everything will start working properly again.

 

Un-installing, reinstalling, exchaining games, borrowing friends copies, cleaning the disc, hard reseting, unplugging and waiting, using the game offline and online, clearing the catche, speaking with developers, speaking with xbox/mircosoft, going on to
forums, asking around generally. I have done literally everything you could possibly do and it's the same story

 

Tell me about it. I haven't used mine much for the last couple of months due to sound problems. I tried everything till I finally decided to do a factory reset (which fixed it). I put the disk in to play Forza now and I have a nice 20gb update to do before
I can play the game ON THE DISK.

 

They *** us big time. Its had nothing but problems, my 360 is more user friendly and generally more useful for apps and party chatting. Over a yr and still nothing really game changing. At this point i'm probably just going to commit to pc only. seeing how
a pc can do everything and more for less. Thanks microsoft for a 500$$ shoddie home media device that works half the time if i'm lucky.

Again more troubleshooting, Usually the black screen of death can be fixed with a hard reset. Hold the power button on the front of the x bone for about 5 secs. then power on.

 

I have actually found a HUGE solution, buy a external hard drive and take everything off of the xbox hard drive and put it on the external.

I was more angry then you, I actually bought another one because mine was tossed out the window. I can now be in game, have my friends list load, broadcast live with NO LAG OR SKIPPING. Microsoft put a junk HDD in the xbox one making it useless when it goes
after 50% full.

THIS SOLVED ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAD, AND IN YOUR SAME SITUATION.
