I haven't been able to get achievement since around the 23rd of December 2015, I've attempted all of the troubleshooting steps given to me, I can only get achievements on my Xbox 360 and xbox one backwards compatible, I have a reference number from Xbox

Oblivion GOTY disk not recognised on Xbox One?

Since Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was announced as backwards compatible, I've tried several times to install from my copy of the GOTY edition, but my Xbox One doesn't seem to recognise the disk at all, nothing happens. I've tried troubleshooting and running
the Bluray app but nothing. Any ideas?

Hi Jeremy, I've followed the steps and still nothing, also it happens on all backwards compatible games. However a few months ago, I was able to play red dead redemption. This game also now has the same problem.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with unlocking achievements on your Xbox One. Since this first began, which steps have you attempted? If you haven't already be sure to try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle (hold down power
button for 8-10 seconds), and add your profile back. If you've already given those steps a try, it may be worth performing a Factory Reset on your Xbox One.

I've had the same problem with black flag, it says that I never completed sequence 19 but I've completed the game months ago. I tried replaying the mission and it still didn't unlock. The samething happened in COD ghost with "tickets please" I've shot the
guy off the grappling hook multiple times and the achievement never unlocked. They say that achievements will unlock after a couple of days, but it's been months and they are still not unlocked.

I apologize for the late response! I was on my summer vacation and had no access to my Xbox 360 console for a while! I hope you can still help me out with my problem! I took a bunch of pictures, but I don't know how to post them up! Do I send them to another
source? I've tried everything to be able to unlock those achievements again including all the things above this comment, so I'd just like to remind you that I don't mind if you can completely erase my achievements history for the game! It seems like that's
the only thing left to do since I've tried everything else and I don't mind having to unlock them again as long as my problem gets fixed! Thanks!

Thanks for the response, the problem is that for the collectible achievements, as i mentioned earlier, the percentage bar is stuck at 99%, so there's no more collectibles in-game but for some reason the game doesn't recognize that. I've seen on other forums that people had the same issue, however, in their case, the achievement got stuck with a "Done! Unlocking", message. It's already been more than 72 hours since i got all the collectibles, and i've been playing the game since then to see if maybe it unlocks on it's own, since there's not mucho else i can do, but had no luck so far. As for the "Excalibro" achievement, which is story related, replaying the mission solved the problem.
