I’ve Had Achievements for games I don’t own on my Xbox

It might be just a glitch. However, we highly recommend updating your security information by changing your password just to make sure that no one else has access to your account. Also, please try preforming a Factory Rest to your console by selecting the soft one denoted "reset and keep games & apps". It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

I used to be all about Gamerscore and outdoing my friends, but now I don’t play for achievements and play Halo multiplayer mostly so I don’t get anything. I used to play Need for Speed, Lego games, and Fable.

My gamerscore is 14403 and I’ve had my own account for 3 years.

• You may have not added back all the accounts that were on your console before you reset it. To clarify, you don't need to add back every account, just the one you used to claim/redeem Minecraft.

If you don't mind, could you check if Minecraft is on your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle should be displayed there, regardless of the date they were acquired on.

Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

I too have had the same problem where I cannot get or own new games. Not even games from the game pass or gold. I’ve checked everything but I don’t know why.

I’ve had this same problem since I first started Diablo 3 back when Reaper of Souls was still fresh. I’ve been dealing with this issue for years. I’ve been the game countless times with my Wife at least 3 times, my father-in-law twice and various family and friends countless times across the years. I have multiple characters level 70 and a paradox (I think that’s what it’s called) level of 173 right now. Me and my father-in-law are always doing rifts and going back and beating story line bosses all the time yet I don’t even have the achievements for killing the skeleton king or even the achievement for socketing an item. I have powerful gear and don’t have achievements to show for it. I’ve just given up because I’ve been trying for years to fix the problem with no solution
